All products have to pass strict inspection before they go out. No one can matchus so far as quality!
We provide Two years warranty for CCTV Cameras and DVR / NVRs after the shipment date.
1. For the products that prove defective under normal usage, if  customers could repair it by themselves,  we will supply the spare parts.
2. If the customers couldn't repair the products, the products need to be shipped back to us. We will repair and bear the expense of 60% freightage 
3.If the products are broken by violence & carelessness & repaired or altered without the any authorization, beyond guarantee range
